This launchsite offers exciting views of castles and hill forts, and spectacular views: towards the Welsh Mountains to the West, the Dee Valley and vale of Llangollen to the north, meres and mosses to the northwest, the Breidden Hills and Long Mountain the confluence of the Vyrnwy and Severn to the south, and some of Shropshire's best known rural timber-framed and sandstone villages amidst open countryside to the East.

We are on the A483 towards Welshpool. When you arrive at the MILE END ROUNDABOUT - (Little Chef, Travel lodge, Esso Etc.) in Oswestry, take the Welshpool exit A483 Follow the road for about 2 miles approx and we are situated on the left hand side on the Bypass, set off the main road with a long drive. You will see our signs stating 200 yards.
