Perfect flight, perfect weather, all we could wish for and more. We flew towards home, which was lovely, as we could see the area from a different perspective. We had a very smooth landing, which at my age I was grateful for, followed by a welcome glass of champagne.

The whole experience was most enjoyable . . . a perfect evening for flying, with wonderful views over the lovely Shropshire countryside, and across Wales to the coast. Everyone we dealt with has been very helpful . . . I hadn't quite expected to be so involved with the inflation and putting away, but it all added to the enjoyment and feeling that we had contributed, even if only a little.

The meeting on site was very welcoming and friendly . . . It was great to be involved with the inflation (and equally the deflation / packing away) as it made the experience more rounded and complete.

Having had the opportunity to help inflate the balloon really added to the experience . . . Admin support could not have been better. The quick response to all emails really made my decision on choosing whom to fly with a simple one. The balloon in a box really added a nice touch to presenting the voucher.

With regard to the service and experience with Espiritu it was excellent in every way, right from administration and booking through to the journey home from the flight!! The flight was by far one of the best things we have ever done. Taking off from home made it even more special.
