CARING FOR YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL
We believe that anyone who wants to participate safely in hot air ballooning should be given every chance to do so, regardless of their health, age, ability, disability, ethnic origin, gender, religious or sexual orientation. Ballooning, by its very nature, will exclude some people. It is our intention to keep the number of people that are unfortunately in this category to the minimum.
Limitations?
It is your responsibility to determine whether you are "fit to fly". We will answer any questions you have to the best of our ability to help you to decide if you are "fit to fly". This is not professional advice and we take no responsibility for your decision.
There are some clear "contra-indications". For example, you should definitely not fly if you have osteoporosis or brittle bones. And our baskets do not have wheelchair access. It isn't our intention to acquire a wheelchair-access basket for a variety of reasons which we would be happy to discuss with you.

Ballooning isn't something you do everyday. That's why we love to hear about anything that will make your flight more special, more personal to you. If we can make a change to help you out, we'll do just that.

Parking
If you have a mobility issue, do let us know. We can make special arrangements for parking at launchsites.
